Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: Transparent liquid.
Solubility: Dissolved in organic dissolvent, such as ethanol.

HBS-505 is an effective internal antistatic additive that can be used in various polymers such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) plastic film, plastic container and other plastic products. While HBS-505 mixed with HBS-208P by 1:2 ration used in injection product, it can effect as lubricating ejection and good antistatic effects. Also it can reduce the surface resistance to 10⁸Ω.
The recommended input ratio:
Polyolefin film 0.05%-0.2%
Polyolefin injection 0.2%-0.8%
HBS-505 can not be used in PVC product.
