HBS-500-2 antistatic agent is a granule product that is very suitable to machining, if it is made to antistatic master batch, the antistatic effect is better. The granule is similar to plastic granule, so it is very suitable to injection or extrusion mixed with plastic granule.

Advantages
1. HBS 500-2 is a granule product, no dust so it's very suitable to input, it also advantage to protect the produce environment.
2. Compare to powder product, it doesn't bring cross linking and adhesion.
3. The appearance is similar to plastic granule, so while it mixed with plastic granule equally can make it steady properties.
4. It has a long-term antistatic effect, and can used directly. As it provides the ejection function, it can reduce the cycle time, and improve the injection products' quality.
Application
The recommended input ratio in ABS injection, film, container, and other plastic parts is 2%-3%. The indication addition level in PS injection, film, container and other plastic parts is 2%-3.5%, and the plastic surface resistance can reduce to 108Ω both of them.
The addition level should adjusted by customer's practical situation.
