HBS-305 Heat Shrinkable film Cross linking agent
HBS-305 is a non-ionic powder cross linking agent. It is suitable in polyolefin's products, especially used in machining heat shrinkable film and other package film. It has many advantages such as it has good heat stability, high temperature resistance, and it can also improve the transparency of the film, can enhance the tensioning strength etc... It has good machining and antistatic performance.

Application
HBS-305 can be used in all kinds of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) products; it is a general plastic cross linking agent. It can used to make film, sheet, container etc... while add into various polyolefin.
Some indication for the level applied in various polymers is given below:
HBS-305 can be pre-made cross linking master batch at 15-20% then mixed with blank resin, and it can be used much well. It can also mixed directly to plastic granule with a little of white oil (1-2cc/kg plastic) as dispersant, then it can be machining directly.
