HBS-302 Antistatic Agent

Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: Off white or light yellow powder.
Solubility: Dissolved in organic dissolvent, such as ethanol, but not in water.

Application

HBS-302 belongs to non-ionic antistatic agent, can be used in PE, PP's plastic film, sheet, container and other food package place where have high requirement to the hygiene. When the additive quantity is 0.1%-1.5% in plastic products, the surface resistance can reach 10⁸Ω.The antistatic agent can be added into resin directly or prepared 15% -25% content antistatic matrixes to combine with blank resin to get a better effect and homogeneity.

Packing storage and safety

It is packed by inner plastic bags, outer calcium plastic boxes. Net weight is 20 Kg. It should be stored in dry and shade places, and not be exposed to the sun and rain, away from moisture. It is nontoxic and no dangerous.
