 HBS-206P is a multi-use, multifunctional plastic additive, it is a perfect material of the plastic industry, and the typical function is below:
1. Lubrication, Antistatic HBS-206P is a good internal lubricant; it can reduce the friction between the low polymer's molecules, therefore, reduce the viscosity of the polymer and improve the flow ability. It has a well compatibility with resin, and easy to dispersion, especially suitable in transparent products. It has a super antistatic function, and reduces the dust absorption, to remain the transparent and clean appearance of the products.
2. Plasticizing, Modification It has well compatibility in Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), and Polystyrene (PS) etc…plastic materials. It can be improve the flexibility of the product and make the products' appearance more beautiful while used HBS-206P. It also has good effect as plasticizer and modifier agent especially in Nitro cellulose, Alkyd resin, Nylon product and engineering plastic.

Application

Produce as mixed with other plastic material. The input ratio is approx 2%. The addition level should adjusted by customer's practical situation.
