HBS-205P Antistatic Agent

Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: Light yellow flaky or white powder.
Solubility: Dissolved in organic dissolvent, such as ethanol, but not in water.

Application

HBS-205P is widely used in nylon and other various polymers as an effective internal antistatic additive to produce antistatic plastic packages, antistatic products used in mine, PP products, nylon weaver's shuttle and other plastic products. HBS-205P has good heat-resist and antistatic property. The antistatic agent can be added into resin directly or prepared 15%-25% content antistatic matrix to combine with blank resin to get a better effect and homogeneity.

Packing storage and safety

It is packed by inner plastic bags, outer calcium plastic boxes. Net weight is 20 Kg. It should be stored in dry and shade places, and not be exposed to the sun and rain, away from moisture. It is nontoxic and no dangerous.
