HBS-203PA Antistatic Agent

Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: White flaky or light yellow granule.
Solubility: Dissolved in organic dissolvent, such as ethanol, but not in water.

Application

HBS-203PA belongs to non-ionic compounded antistatic agent. Compare to the general antistatic agent, HBS-203PA has a low foreign matter, more compatibility with PP resin, and will not increase the misty of BOPP, especially suitable in smoke membrane and other high quality BOPP film. 203PA has a low machining volatile and high slip. HBS-203PA is especially well suitable for those BOPP applications needing high speed processing, and will not emerge breaking membrane.

Packing storage and safety

It is packed by inner plastic bags; outer three stages compounded Kraft bags. Net weight is 20 Kg. It should be stored in dry and shade places, and not be exposed to the sun and rain, away from moisture. It is nontoxic and no dangerous.
